2. Scope of Services

CASI provides consultancy, auditing, training, and advisory services as agreed in writing with each client, whether via proposal, contract, or written confirmation.

All services are advisory in nature and provided in good faith based on available data, standards, and sector best practice.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and set out in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
CASI reserves the right to charge interest on late payments in line with statutory regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

CASI retains all intellectual property rights in its methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and training materials.

Clients retain ownership of bespoke deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CASI may reference anonymised or high-level aspects of work for reporting or promotional purposes, subject to client consent where appropriate.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Liability

CASI’s total liability arising from any engagement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant services.

CASI shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profits, funding, or reputation.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice.
Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
